一、发货条款

四、退货退款条款

        • Defective: Items with manufacturing flaws, severe defects, or material discrepancies (photo/video proof required).

  3. 不适用退货情况：

    • 超过退货时效。

    • 商品因非正常使用、保管不当（如受潮、磕碰）、自行拆卸导致损坏。

    • 商品原包装、配件、赠品、标签、说明书等缺失或不完整。

    • 非商品本身质量问题，如因个人风水喜好改变、主观感受效果不佳。

    • 已明确注明不支持无理由退货的商品（如开光品、定制品、贴身物品）。

      1. Non-Returnable Cases:

        • Damage from misuse, improper storage, or modification.

  4. 退货流程：

    3. 您需自理运费将商品寄回（质量问题除外，质量问题退货由我们承担运费）。
